  • тесто фило — 400гр., можно и самому раскатать, если есть время – см. рецепт «Рулет с тыквой»
  • подсолнечное масло — 1 стакан (200мл)
  • сахар — 300-350гр.
  • сок 1/2 лимона
  • грецкие орехи, дробленные — 150 гр.
  • корица — 2 ч.л.
  • вода – 2 стакана(400мл.)

 В противень с высокими бортами наливаем немножко масло и смазываем ее. Готовое тесто-фило укладываем в противень поэтапно.  Каждый лист тесто немножко мнем и укладываем в противень. После того, как положили несколько листов, кладем начинку из дробленных грецких орехов и корицы. Потом опять накладываем несколько листов тесто и опять начинки. Так чередуем начинки с тесто – 2 раза. Когда положим все листы тесто, разрезаем его ромбами. Потом поливаем тесто с разогретым до кипения подсолнечным маслом. Противень ставим в  разогретую до 200 градусов духовку и запекаем пахлаву до золотистой корочки. Потом оставляем пахлаву остывать. После того, как пахлава остынет, поливаем ее горячим сиропом. Его делаем из сахара и воды, которые доводим до кипения и варим в течение 5-ти минут. Когда снимем сироп с огня, добавляем  в него сок лимона. Оставляем пахлаву пропитываться сиропом на несколько часов(не менее 6 часов). После этого наша пахлава уже готова. Приятного аппетита!
